Taeaomanino Trust

In 2020, I was approached to create the booklet for Taeaomanino Trust, the “Taeaomanino Model of Care”. Having an established identity, I was bought on board to bring together the beautiful artworks of Moses Valiamu, Whitireia Pacific Artist in Residence, and the framework of the Model of Care, in one cohesive package. The Model of Xare — a model developed with a commitment to Pacific service users to enable them to transition to become “citizens in the improvement of their own health” — is first and foremost the “excellence” approach of a Pacific heatlh and social services organisation to the Pacific peoples and communities it serves.

Working with Taeaomanino Trust, Jean Mitaera — Chief Advisor Pacific Strategy at Whitireia and WelTec, and Bluestar print, we produced these beautiful A5 booklets, using the establishing identity, with a strong desire to highlight Moses’ work set out at the start of each framework of the model.
